Description:

Hansa is a tool to predict the deleterious effects of a mutation by using 10 Neutral- Disease Mis-Sense Mutation Discriminatory (NDMSMD) features. This tool will classify the mutation either as “DISEASE” or “NEUTRAL”.

Submit your query protein sequence & mutation list to HANSA
Enter database GI or GenBank or REFSEQ or SWISSPROT or PDB identifier of the query protein Help (OR)
Submit a Protein sequence (Paste in FASTA format) Help (OR) Upload a Protein fasta file:
Submit Mutation List (format as eg:W 25 M each in a new line) Help (OR) Upload a Mutation list file:
E-mail (Optional) : Check to receive E-mail notification of results

*Be patient while server processes your request.
Each job roughly takes 10 minutes or more based on the length of the query sequence.
NOTE: Please submit only one sequence at a time.
