SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES FOR THE WRITTEN ENTRANCE TEST

Dear Students,
Thank you very much for expressing interest in the CDFD Research Scholars Program - II - 2008. On the basis of information provided in your application, I am happy to inform you that you have been shortlisted and requested to appear for the entrance test which will be held on 14.12.2008 at 11.00 a.m. in the St. Peter's Model School, Nacharam ( Ph. 040 - 27177581, 27153730). The School is located behind the CDFD Laboratory building , Nacharam, which is about 8 kms, from Secunderabad Railway station. Auto rickshaws may charge approximately Rs.50/-. Bus Nos. 250, 17D and 51 ply between Secunderabad Station and Nacharam.
You are requested to report directly to school at 9.00 a.m. for verification of the following documents:
i. Proof of passing or appearing the Post Graduate examination.
ii. Proof of clearing CSIR/UGC/DBT/ICMR/ICAR NET with a valid fellowship i.e., the fellowship should be valid to be activated from 01.01.2009. If the NET qualifying certificate is not available, Hall ticket should be produced. This condition is not applicable to candidates with MBBS qualifications.
iii. Proof of your Date of birth and Reservation category (if applicable).
iv. Your Photo Identity.
The test will consist of one paper of objective type multiple choice questions of one-hour duration. You should occupy your seat in the examination hall by 10.30 a.m. Anyone reporting after 10.30 a.m. will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.
The candidates whose names do not appear in the list, but have actually qualified any one of the above stated qualifying fellowship examinations and produce valid proof of the same, will be allowed to appear for the entrance test.
Names of the candidates who successfully clear the entrance test will be displayed on our website, as well as on our notice boards, after 6.00 p.m. on 14.12.2008, itself. The successful candidates are required to attend a personal interview on 15.12.2008 from 8.00 a.m. onwards at the CDFD Nacharam complex.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the entrance exam / interview.
